By downloading, installing, or using ForkYes!ForkNo! ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.
ForkYes!ForkNo! is a mobile application that allows users to log, track, and share their restaurant dish experiences. The App is available in a free tier (ForkYes!) and a premium subscription tier (Fork Yeah!).
You must be at least 13 years of age to use this App. By using the App, you represent that you meet this requirement.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage and cancel your subscription through your Google Play or App Store account settings.
Refunds are handled according to the policies of the platform through which you purchased the subscription (Google Play or Apple App Store). We do not process refunds directly.
You retain ownership of the content you create in the App, including dish entries, notes, and photos. By using the App, you grant us a limited license to store, display, and process your content solely for the purpose of providing the service.

We use automated moderation to review content. Content that violates these terms may be removed without notice.
When you share content with a group, that content becomes visible to all group members. You are responsible for the content you share and for your choice of group members.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ForkYes!ForkNo! shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of data or loss of profits.
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through the App settings.
Upon termination:
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes through the App or by email. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Hawaii, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
